Are yorkie's bite's supposed to hurt?

My 5 yrs old yorkie like to bite a lot. I thought it would hurt like crazy but it doesent hurt? wikipedia said they have a powerful bite. About how many pounds of bite force do yorkies have? What about a GSD?
