Need a good five gallon tank for a betta?

First off I am so happy to hear of someone who is going to spend the extra money on a 5 gallon for their betta. Mine is swimming around happy in his 6 gallon right now. Also, yes you can keep a betta in a coke bottle but it will slowely waste away and die, but you know if you want to be cruel go for it. As for tanks, I'm in love with the new Fluval tanks. The Edge and Chi's aren't great for bettas but I think the new Flora would be an amazing tank. It's a little larger (7.9 gallon) but it's got a mini CO2 for plants and I just think a betta would look really pretty in it. Anyways, hope I could help!

If you drive a car for 2 miles somewhat hard (inexperienced?) and are having some trouble getting the car into 1st, resulting in the engine revving up or past 30,000 rpm and a bad smell when you get out of the car, how much has that one trip damaged the car? Could you take tens of thousands of miles off of the life of the clutch in 2 miles or would the damage be negligible if only done once? The car did not stall out and was fine once it got past 1st. Hey! Ive been with my boyfriend for 2 years, we had the most perfect relationship. we would bicker sometimes but nothing major. After 2 years together i fell pregnant, we planned to have the baby. However i became very depressed with the pregnancy i spoke to him about it. My career and mind werent ready for a child, i was not emotionally ready. Im 22 and became very isolated, i got to the point where i didnt want to socialise with my friends as i would envy there lifestyles and how they could still do whatever pleased them and had no baby to look after. I became very depressed and changed my mind numerous times. My mum was opposed to the idea of a baby in my life right now but she came round to the idea. and was ok with everything. His parents were thrilled. After much soul searching and a few mind changes i made the heartbreaking decision to terminate the pregnancy. I told him of my final decision on new years day and ask if we would be ok and carry on the relationship he said we can but he needs time. as soon as i went ahead with the termination he didnt speak to me, wouldnt take my calls and called me the worst names. 3 weeks later and we speak on fair terms now. we speak everyday over phone or text and the texts are friendly. I had my driving test ( i failed) and he said if i p we will go for something to eat together. Need a smooth non bleeding ink pen?

I write very small, and I really like the line that a gel pen creates. However, every gel pen i've found either bleeds through a piece of notebook paper, or what i'm writing itself actually spreads. I am fairly deliberate when i write, but i don't sit with the pen in one place on the paper yet it still spreads. I've also used ballpoints but they don't leave that nice dark line as the gels do, and they don't typically write well either (for my small writing). I am by no means really knowledgeable on pens, but what i'm asking for is a pen that provides a smooth dark line, that doesn't bleed, ballpoint or gel doesn't matter. Small wedding ideal a bad one?

I have lived in a flat with three other people for the past four months. For the first month we just bummed around and didn't really clean but as the house got messier and messier we all sat down to have a flat meeting. We came up with a schedule that everyone agreed to where we have one job that we have to do a week. Cleaning the bathroom, cleaning the kitchen, putting out the rubbish and vaming. So far he has put the rubbish out twice and vaed once. He has the biggest pile of dishes in his room and he just wont clean up after himself in the kitchen. My other flat mates also hate him not doing anything but we are at a loss for what to do next. I hate having to nag him as he is a good friend but I'm going crazy. Question about beastfeeding and your milk letting down...?

I have a 3 1/2 week old daughter that I am feeding. She nurses off of one for each feeding because my milk supply is great and she seems satisfied after feedings. My problem is...I can just be walking around the house or basically doing anything and my milk will 'let down' on its own. I am wearing nursing pads, but I've heard to change them often to avoid yeast infections and such, but my nursing pads always seems to be somewhat wet. Not necessarily soaking wet, but if I changed them all the time I would have to buy a box every few days! I usually change them 5 times a day...anyone else have this issue with their milk letting down, and what nursing pads do you use? Thanks

My child's daycare teachers report that my little one has been hitting clmates & them-ugh. randomly thru the day, no particular cause--off and on the last 2wks; one teacher in particular is starting to put pressure on me to come up with a solution, in that their only option is to redirect bad behavior. My kiddo is super bright and knows there is no real consequence, so he automatically redirects himself while.... grinning at the staff... in a smart-alec way ( i witnessed this once during pickup! lol). I don't allow him to hit or smart-off--we use the eye-level-warning .... then a timeout if happens again--solution at home if he acts up-which works. They cannot do this at school--timeouts are a no-no, per policy. How am I suppose to help them fix this, when I can't be there in the moment? What can I do to help this go away ? The change may be stress-- one teacher left a mo. ago-coll grad & a new one was hired 2-3 wks ago etc. Is this just a wait it out phase? help, a mom out

I to am a clarinetist learning how to play the saxophone, and i find the easiest thing to do is keep playing down to those notes, kind of like how we had to practice to play our high notes? Just keep working on it and eventually, you will get the desired tone and tone quality, but for now you must remember that you are a beginner at this instrument and all of the notes wont be easy to hit! (Hardest thing for me to realize)

Check and see what kind of pick ups you have, I'd reccomend some nice humbuckers if you can afford it, also play with the settings on your amp or if you think it sucks ( I'd have to see it to tell u ) try and pick up a new one and some pedals, guitar playing can be very expensive but if u can that's what u should do. Also for many songs it is absolutely nessecary to change your tuning, find someone that is really good at guitar to help you work on your technique and show you how to repair problems with your guitar. Deleting a Non Existent File From Windows Doents Folder.?

I'm using Windows XP 2002 and I am trying to delete a file from my doents that is a remnant of a file that has already been deleted. The file size reads "0 kb." but every time I try to delete it i get the message "Cannot Delete File: Cannot read file from the source or the disk" The name of the file coincides with other ones I use quite often and it's becoming a pest. I have tried renaming it but the system won't have that either. It also interferes with my copying of this particular folder for backup purposes as everything stops when it hits this thing. As for getting the rifle unjammed, some friends of mine in the military have said that they place the rifle upright on the ground (stock down) and kick down on the co cking handle when things are really bad. That would certainly make me cringe if I were doing that to my own gun though. The upper is made of aluminum, so if there's something sharp or bent in there, you could cause a major gash in the receiver. If things were that bad I'd probably be going to a gunsmith that really knows their AR15s.

Too much protein can cause kidney problems, which could show extreme thirst( and darker, more concentrated urine). She could also be coming into heat. If she seems normal, she probably is! She may be jut bored, or like the salt and therefore thirsty.

How Do I ert Myself to this Person?

I am an unpaid volunteer stage managing a local play. I have gone to great trouble and some expense for this play. Before I got involved, I was told by the director it would include ONLY certain duties. Well, the istant director has turned out to be this woman I CANNOT stand from a cl I took. She is bossy, self-deluded, and pompous. She does not perform istant director duties, but only seems to set out snacks... when she's not bossing me around and talking down to me. I feel abused by this woman and like she has no business giving me any orders. I'm an unpaid volunteer who reports to the director, not her. Well, now she's trying to make me take out the huge loads of trash at the theater. How do I tell her no without being too mean or getting into a fight?

We have to stop looking for "freebies" (nothing is free). We have to stop voting crooks and con-men into office. Dog scared of dog food?

Seriously! I have 2 full blooded shih tzus. The female is fine, but my male will not eat out of a bowl or off of a plate, he did fine until about 2 months ago. He acts like he is scared, but some times he acts like he cant find his food, and it has been in the same place for 4 years (he is 4) I wonder if he may have cataracts , I hand feed him other wise he dont eat, for water he goes to the area where it is, and whimpers, I have to put my finger in the water and put it on his nose and scoot the bowl closer, and he will drink out of it, but I cannot get him to eat out of his bowl. Please help. he has his yearly vet appt in 2 weeks, and I will have is eyes checked. but in the mean time how can I help him.. they are as precious to me as my son,,, I want to help him!!!!! any ideas?

Honesty? The way you've described them makes them all sound very cliche and Mary/Gary Sue-like. It all depends on the story and how well it's written, if you want to make them more realistic. Especially James Alexander, as he sounds like he's the focus of the story from the longer description. What caused his sleep disorders and depression? Is there some family strife going on that's making him so stressed even though he is only 14 years old? To me, his description would suit a slightly older character, perhaps 16-18.

Ok so this guy that sit in front of me in english cl picked up my paper. But the thing is I kinda caught him looking back at me a couple times during cl, and he told me srry for his chair going into my desk. Then when I dropped my paper I had put my foot on it, scooted it to the side of my desk. Then he picked it up for me. With all due respect, the 7 new wonders of the world are a stunning list of human historical achievement but nothing compares to Banaue rice terrace because of one thing, it's a living history. I was in awe when I visited this place two years ago. The lady tour guide said that this place was made over 2000 years ago about the same time as the pyramids of Egypt. To this day, the indigenous people there still tend to this terrace.

The Internet router is in the computer room, and I thought the connection was dead because my laptop wasn't getting a very good signal. I walked to the computer room and noticed the light on so I umed my dad was awake, and I went in. To my surprise there was a picture of some girl going another guy some oral action. I acted like I didn't see it and went along with my whole reset the router type spiel. Anyways, I've always heard stories of my friends walking in on parents having and they dusted it off as a non-traumatic event, but this kinda affected me a little bit more. Can the "baby blues" come and go?

I had my baby almost 10 weeks ago....he was in the nic u for a week ..he was born a month early and ever since then worse at first but I keep getting depressed. This is my 3rd baby and with my 1st I had it a little bit but it went away after a week and the 2nd I had nothing at all ...but this one it just keeps hanging on ..I'll be fine for a couple days then its back. Nothing like I want to hurt my kids or anything crazy like that ...I just feel sad for no reason and have no energy ...will this go away with time?
