Does anybody think the life long friends on big brother 12 could be?

I was watchig the BB after dark and noticed that ragan said ''it is what it is a lot' and then later they were showing matt and he says it a lot too. I think it could be them. because if you are around someone a lot you pick up sayings and stuff. They look a little alike maybe they are brothers. but idk.
