Mitral valve prolapse?

I was diagnosed with MVP when i was 9. All i remember is that the doctor told me that my valve backwashed. Now i just turned 22 and i have had another episode. I feel a dull achy pain in my left chest and my left arm. In addition when i'm working i fell so tired like i just exercised. I went to a doctor recently but they did not find any abnormalities. And today i ped out at work. Should i take aspirin?
