Would irrefutable evidence of non-human intelligence create new philosophical questions for humanity?

- Religions, maybe (but they are far more adaptable than one thinks), philosophy, no. I can think of no philosophical tenant that would be changed if/when extraterrestials, sasquatch, or Nessie were proven as true.
