Helppppp w/ this girl?

she's my best friend i'm 17 and she's 16 and she likes me...she flirts w/ me and is constantly touching me, i'm not complaining its just that she's very religous to the point where its obsessive (no offense its just my opinion on the matter good for you if ur very religious) but that means she doesn't want to have premarital ...i know i shouldn't just want to have , but i know thats part of the relationship i want or else i'll lose interest i guess...like i'm not having a relationship purely for i'm also looking for her to be my girlfriend...what should i do (i'm not looking for u to judge me just ur opinion on the matter please of what i should do)
