Can the "baby blues" come and go?

I had my baby almost 10 weeks ago....he was in the nic u for a week ..he was born a month early and ever since then worse at first but I keep getting depressed. This is my 3rd baby and with my 1st I had it a little bit but it went away after a week and the 2nd I had nothing at all ...but this one it just keeps hanging on ..I'll be fine for a couple days then its back. Nothing like I want to hurt my kids or anything crazy like that ...I just feel sad for no reason and have no energy ...will this go away with time?
