Hi I am an active duty soldier and I've been in the Army for a year now as 21B E4 grade and MA degree in CJ.?

I am up for reenlistment in January 2010 and I want advise on better option. My LT said he will recommend me for OCS package, my SGT tells me its best I go Green to Gold because I already have MASTER degree. I want to change MOS to 31B-MP and at same time I want to go Special Forces. I am 40 years old but yesterday I scored 300 on my AFPT: maxed out everything. My question is, can I switch MOS and still go green to gold or OCS, SF given my age?
