I'm having trouble with my saxophone embouchure (I'm primarily a clarinetist)?

I to am a clarinetist learning how to play the saxophone, and i find the easiest thing to do is keep playing down to those notes, kind of like how we had to practice to play our high notes? Just keep working on it and eventually, you will get the desired tone and tone quality, but for now you must remember that you are a beginner at this instrument and all of the notes wont be easy to hit! (Hardest thing for me to realize)
