Java script question?

I'm trying to make a contact form with this generator: a href="http://www.tele-pro.co.uk/scripts/contact_form/" rel="nofollow"http://www.tele-pro.co.uk/scripts/contac…/a , but when I go down to step two I don't know hat they mean by Validation: Value or Integer? So when using javascript what do value and integer mean?
