Please help important!!?

Hey I'm 15 me and my cousin got the burn energy drink tonight and we were goin to pull an all nighter we chugged it and (he's 13) he read it after and he said oh **** it says yu have to be over 16 to drink it our parents went to sleep but he went to the bathroom about an hour later and threw up his mom knows that we bought it but she doesn't know if he drank it idk if I should tell em what do yu suggest I do?
