Yes. But it relates to Religious Faith. Any thing relating to one's faith has social implications. For that matter giving Sanyas to children, sending minors to Seminaries to train as monks and nuns or compelling children to accept certain way of life and dress due to faith are also wrong. Unfortunately such social issues which have the consent of the Society cannot be brought under common code of Law.
