What's the name of the asian film where a woman goes back in time to stop an alien invasion?

She uses a watch to jump time and there's one memorable scene where she meets a man and puts a piece of tape on his neck and bluffs that if he doesn't co-operate with her, she'll blow him up with it (or something like that). He agrees to help her look for the alien and in the end they find it and give it back to the mothership to prevent the alien invasion from happening.
